A sewer scope sends a specialized camera down the home's main sewer line to reveal problems a standard inspection simply can't see — blockages, root intrusion, cracks, separations, and low spots ("bellies"). Because sewer line repairs are among the most expensive surprises a new owner can face, a sewer scope is one of the smartest add-ons you can request — and it's one of our specialties.

In most cases you'll receive your detailed inspection report within 24 hours. Dawson also takes the time to review the findings with you and answer every question, so you're never left trying to decode a report on your own.
Yes — we offer a $25 discount for military members, first responders, members of the clergy, healthcare workers, teachers, and senior citizens. We're also available six days a week and perform Saturday inspections at no extra charge.
We're based in Sherman, Texas and serve Grayson County plus communities throughout North Texas and Southern Oklahoma — including Denison, Whitesboro, Whitewright, Bells, Bonham, Telephone, Tioga, Van Alstyne, Collinsville, and up into Durant, Oklahoma.
